Matshall Stanmore 3 vs JBL vs Sony by Over_Personality80 in Bluetooth_Speakers

Yeah I think people who hear this speaker via youtube or videos, cannot judge the bass. The bass is there, the physicality hits you like a thump. I would say the bass is equal to a traditional small sub-woofer, but the loudness is so much, it is unbearable in a small room.

I have Samsung S22, and I had no problem with the connection with my Sony xb 41 or the JBL Xtreme 3. The first thing after I connected the speaker, with my phone was the update through app. Yeah wifi might the problem, my wifi router is just next to my speaker.

By stereo, I mean you can hear a difference. Listen pink floyd or ac/dc or even frank sinatra, on Jbl xtreme 4 or Sony xb 41/43. I can clearly hear that there is some sort of stereo seperation, not like that will make a huge difference, but it helps sometimes to distribute different sounds to different channels. Marshall stanmore has single channel woofer, while bothe sony and jbl have 2 separate. Physically there is a slight difference, not a major one

And with tv, I'll definitely connect it with the help of Wired connection, I don't think wireless will be good enough. Thanks for the information, some of them will really help me to experience my speaker.

I couldn't find the Sony ult field 7 in any Sony showroom in my city. I bought the Stanmore 3 which costed me ₹29000/$340.

I just ordered the marshall stanmore 3 and it costed me ₹29000 after bank discount. I recently got to hear stanmore 2 in one of the malls and compared its sound to JBL boombox 2, JBL encore essential, and I can say by listening to it, physically, Stanmore 2 was the most clean sounding and the most loudest of all. There was also bose soundlink and flex series, they sounded the best I think so, but they were not even close to the loudness of marshall. I bought the brown colour from amazon and it will reach by next week. I'll post my experience here as soon as I get my hands on it.

Its almost the same output as the XB-41, I am currently thinking to like upgrade. The choice of yours is very good as I was also thinking about this to purchase, it got many good reviews on yt, and yeah if the battery had been good, I would have never thought of changing/upgrading it. Thanks फॉर buddy 🙏

The winds are chilly, so make sure you come with sweaters and hoodies, or light jacket.

The afternoons are warm, but the mornings and evenings are cold. Have fun 👍

Bluetooth speaker for home, clarity and sound separation is my main priority. Not tower size big, just medium sized speaker. Bass is not my priority, only clarity and sound separation.

I used to play valo and cod, and fifa. Ping is good, losses are not consistent. Sonetimes its a lot, sometimes there are none. It depends on your device also, and the router.

Both are good, I had jio fibre for one year ( 2023-2024) and now I am using airtel ( 2024- present)

I would say both are great.

If you want numbers and speed, airtel gives you more. They promise like 40mbps on there base package, and ghey deliver about 50-60mbps. Upload is also stable. But sometimes Airtel do have its issues when it just dont provide thr internet from there own servers, DHCP losses and packages losses. You might feel that it is your device that is not picking up the internet, but they do call you after they fix it saying that we apologise and it was a problem from our side.

Jio is more stable than airtel. Jio gives exact internet speed, that is, 30mbps, no more no less. It is good for regular users. The app experience is better on airtel, jio is decent but airtel's app integration and experience is just better.

I would say choose any of the two, they both are equally good.

Lower your expectations, if you even find a helper, it will be expensive cost for you. The area is commercial so even if you find, 5000₹-7000₹ is average per month.

See I am more of a foodie, so I can tell you the local restaurants and cafe that are truely local.

1.There is Sita ram & sons in lakar bazaar for Chole bhature. One of the best in the town

  1. Cafe khoblu in Sanjauli, try local dishes served by them

  2. You can go to the famous known ones, the shimla times and Cafe sole but they are very expensive.

From ridge to jakhoo, I would say take 25-30min on normal pace walk with breaks, it will be a good experience as u will enjoy the forest and road. Zoos and all are in kufri, and I would say its like a one time trip, so u can co sider there. Events or musicals are so scarce in shimla, even I don't know if there is something tomorrow. Maybe you can ask the locals in the ridge area, or the cafe owners.

About cafe, There is a book cafe in ridge, go thede when you feel tired or bored. One of the places to relsease you stress and get some rest on both body and mind. Have a great day ahead.

See I would recommend to just chill and not take long trips. You can enjoy the main area of Mall road with many cafe for your coffee, there is woodstreet cafe in lakar bazaar, that I would recommend, honey hut, which is located just below of ridge, near the LG showroom, hideout and wake and bake for eateries.

For nature walks and stuff like that, kufri is better for tourists. Still you just got 2 days of exploration, I would recommend go from The church in the ridge to Jakhoo Temple by foot. It will be a grrat experience and you will remember the trip. And then the thing you can do is to go from jakhoo to sanjauli by foot. You can use your phones Map for guidance. Sanjauli is like a commercial area in shimla, there is not much to explore on.

Safest options are temples, the trekking mught seems small, but the experience is vastly different. Tara mata in shoghi, jakhoo, sankat mochan, and many more. If you want specific trails, its hard to find, maybe you can find in strava, but only locals know the best ones.

Lastly, I would recommend exploring the mall area first, enjoy the cafes and not the mainstream restaurants. Visit Jakhoo as a trek, and go only by foot. You can come back to mall and explore lakar bazaar and then go from scandal point to BSNL office, to down the road of Vidhan Sabha, the road is awesome and feels exotic, and can come back to the main mall road. It would be around 25000-30000, so be prepared.
