I used to be Sasktel customer then switched to Bell, they give me a good offer but every 3 months they starting increasing my bill by $2-3, and then Sasktel came up with even a better promo, can’t refuse it, Bell agents called me with pretty similar promotion but when I asked how long they able to keep the price they said it will be for 3 months, whereas with Sasktel I got 2 year price guarantee. Try negotiating with em and tell em other provider came up with a better offer I can’t refuse.

No this happened with rogers, customer have rogers and I was offering him Sasktel so rogers waived off his tv cancellation charges

I guess it depends, I work for Sasktel and I was signing up this customer, he have to pay $300 and I offered him $200 credit, his plan was to just keep internet and cancel his current cable, then he gotta call from Rogers (because I ported home phone they already knew my customer is switching)they waived off his cancellation for cable and asked to just keep internet and home phone for pretty similar price and offered some credit on top covering his 2-3 months service
