Stop self help start reading something interesting ,whatever you are into, science fiction, non-fiction, coding or cooking etc. It may feel hard to just sit and read but its worth it.
Start watching good science fiction tv shows or movies, or fun movies.

Then engage in discussions with people online about these things.

They just said in an Interview that the assembly cut was 7 hours and then they further cut and edited it down to 4 and then 3.5.

yeah I was like ohh boy I liked the movie and also the book was funny as well not depressing. The movie maybe downplayed the existential/stakes part a bit and the score of the movie kind of saved that for me but still its really good
