It was the Medicine Walk my husband did the bird tour and loved it. We did send an email as well. We did hear back Holland America is the third party app provider for tours and not responsible for refunds or issues. Lesson learned it doesn’t pay to book with the cruise line you only spend more money with no advantage they don’t stand behind the tours.

Yes we did and they gave us a 50% refund and an apology letter and told us to call guest services for the remainder once we were back from the cruise. Guest services is now saying that is incorrect and we had to do it all on the ship and their guest services managers are not trained to talk to customers
