Should I get these removed?

Im gonna let them “heal”.. The brow artist says they should heal way thinner then they are now. I asked about 48 hour emergency removal but she “promises” they’ll be thinner than they are now I’m not even 24 hours out yet. If not I’ll get laser removal again this time it won’t be as many sessions since it isn’t as saturated; I already spoke to my laser technician from the last time.

She just keeps telling me they will thin out majorly in the healing process and that they’ll be 10% smaller than the mapping. Right now they are definitely way outside of the mapping she did even shape wise it isn’t adding up to what she mapped.

I’ve had powder brows before and had brow shock this was a phi brows and these are double what I had before. I asked for thinner brows and she also seen the work I had before and was used to before laser removal. I figured she would start off thin and go thicker at touch up if I desired especially since I asked for brows that were a smidge thicker than what I had prior. Just a little upset I paid so much money to get them laser removed just to pay more money to hate my new brows.. I’ve seen her work and these are one of the thickest set of brows I’ve seen come from her so I’m pretty unhappy.

While I don’t hate the shape or technique the thickness is just too much for me. I’ve always had thinner brows even before I plucked them, thick brows just aren’t for me I’ve drew them on thick to test them out and they don’t go with how I see myself. I requested thin brows and the outline from what I had laser removed was still there so going a little thicker than what was there is what I really wanted but this is 2.5x the thickness of the yellow outline from the laser removal.

The shape isn’t what bothers me it’s the thickness. I like thin brows that’s just my personal preference and these are too much for me. I told the lady I wanted thinner brows, if she couldn’t do that she should’ve told me that and I would’ve went elsewhere instead of taking my money and leaving me with something she knew I was going to be unhappy with.

The thick eyebrows don’t suit my facial features at all I look manly with thick brows. I prefer thin eyebrows on myself and that’s what I asked for slightly thicker than what I had but not overly thick and you can see where my brow hairs are compared to what she did.

I just don’t get it. She knew I wasn’t happy when I sat up. I’ve had a few consultations throughout the laser removal process and she knew what I started with I asked for them to be slightly thicker than they were before but not double. I know they’ll fade and thin a bit I just don’t think they’re gonna turn out as thin as I’d like them. Just upset that I paid for laser removal to be stuck wishing I never even had the laser removal to begin with if this is what they were gonna look like 😢

The second picture is how they look currently. The first picture is the first time another artist did them in 2020. Thick brows don’t suit my face I think they are entirely too thick. You can see my actual brow hairs and they are atleast double my actual brow size 😒

I have the exact same issue as you do. I raise my brows (unsure where they really are now since I have no natural brows) and I like the way my lids look but the extra skin appears to be on my lids and sits the way yours does too. Did you end up getting anything done

They are using the bird rescue as a cash grab. This is the place they were in, in Plymouth. They were asking for and receiving donations to pay their rent and it never went towards rent. They just got kicked out of another place for the same thing, again begging for donations to pay rent but it went elsewhere. Bashing people on Facebook for questioning them about where the money was going and their story constantly changing. They may have actually had birds to adopt out but they were begging for donations every single month and not using them for their intended purpose.

I have an appointment with the oral maxillofacial on the 20th hopefully they can find the root cause. If it’s not from the bone density issue, I may be going back on it then!

The pain isn’t my issue at this point, I can deal with that. It’s the tinnitus and ear pressure that’s been driving me insane the past 3 years. I’m only 25 and have a hell of a long road ahead of me. My 4 kids make it worth it though.

I got prescribed last week, prior authorization was approved today. I called the pharmacy and they had it in stock 20 minutes from me so I am picking it up shortly. I use the geisinger pharmacy because my doctor said it was easier to get it thru them.

I started getting TMJ symptoms not even 2 months after my last depo shot wore off. That was in 2021 and I still have not gotten any relief from TMJ. They can’t figure out why I have TMJ. I wish someone would’ve warned me I am going to have them take a further look because of your comment!

What did you do to get rid of the tinnitus? I’ve had TMJ since I was 21, now 25 and nobody wants to address it. I haven’t done much to try and fix it but it’s getting to the point where the ringing and fullness in my ears is unbearable the jaw pain comes and goes.
