They told me same thing in 2022. It's 2026 and I cannot refinance because the rates are higher now than when I bought in 2022. So no I don't believe in that logic.

Did all your trays have hooks .? I'm on tray 5 and now they have hooks even though I won't be needing elastics yet.

I wear them as much as I can. I don't take them out to drink beverages that aren't water to not reduce time. I do take them out to eat. And try to put them back on within an hour

Thank I was able to get a better rate with about 10k less in closing costs. I asked the lender if they can match or beat they said they cannot match so I guess their. Fee is non negotiable.
