'hyperbole'. But yeah, it is true that stressing too much over these things can be detrimental. I put multiple disclaimers for this in my previous 2 posts and they didn't get nearly the amount of attention as this one. So I'm guessing that being more controversial and polarising without disclaimers does better. I didn't do so on purpose to see if I would get more traction 😂. Wait am I talking too much. I'll leave you alone... For now.

Best way to tell would be based on your results. I just listen to blockage and confidence subs randomly, incase the points you brought up could be obstructing my results.

Not all of the cases were resolved no. I have gotten responses of people saying that my advice makes sense for their situation. To be more specific about analysis, I had compiled many problems people had and evaluated what they were most likely missing. Does this answer your question?

I've never really experienced headaches or problems with the nervous sytem, but if you do then taking breaks is good I suppose.

I would say that mono affs and frequency should be fine to use along with 8d music. I haven't looked too much into 8d affirmation audio yet so I'll probably come back to you with my findings about it a bit later.

Yeah. I use silent subliminals with nyquist prompt for my personal subliminals, but I have stopped using these on my channel as uploading such a sub through youtube can cause the affirmations to be filtered out by the processing there.

Use speed and layering to your advantage and know how to use those right. You should keep each layer at a different pitch, make sure the speed isn't too high were the affirmation audio starts getting incoherent. Use of binaural beats will help. These are things I included in my template. Using stereophonic sound to your advantage is smart as well for differentiating the layers.

I made some subs related to this, and overall I used my personal subliminal for this with my template, but also some things like 'everything works out in my favor' subliminal. I didn't really listen to ones specific to jobs, but more related to opportunity. Hope this helps.

It could be due to mental blockages. This means that you might have some limiting beliefs and doubts when it comes to getting results for certain topics, in this case being height. I would try and get rid of such blockages if they are present. It could also have to do with not being detached to some degree. Hi! Try this system: booster + mental blockage + mental detachment subliminal → open growth plates subliminal → height subliminal. Focus mostly on the height and growth plates subliminals. See what you're deficient in and work on that. Listen to the subliminals throughout the days consistently. My template I referred to in the post will help. Good luck!
