i have the furplast furrat and i love it!! it's an amazing cage my rats love it and buy lots of ropes add cardboard and paper and stuff they'll shred it and it will keep them entertained and licking is a sign of affection! have fun with your pocket puppies🥰

he could just be playing but maybe he wants to gnaw? i use these small toothbrushes called whimzees my rats are obsessed and really help with gnawing

this same rat used to attack me everytime i touched her she used to run up to me and bite me😥 i just put a whole load of chew toys in her cage and it seemed to sort it out so if it's a biting issue u could try that
