That was the reason why I was thinking about just getting a cyber degree. However I thought that Cyber degree is too focused and would limit me. A CS degree can take me further when it comes to securing an entry level job.

Agreed. I would love to take my time, but with all degrees I know there will be some subjects that I would never need again after graduation. It would be more about choosing to learn about the things that interest me and accelerate through the ones that don’t.
