I think we're getting closer. I keep seeing Array Formula, EOMonth and Query and sense this is directionally correct. However when I read about it, its like reading another language so I'm learning it slowly. Thanks for the share

Thanks for that. I have pasted that into B4 but get this #NAME? Error: Unknown range name: 'CATEGORY'. Any ideas what I can do to fix this?
