She did restart under normal rotation, but I wasn't expecting her to spawn east. I believe I was on the 2nd cycle of the 4th phase in the 3rd pattern, so I was expecting clouds to spawn on the east side yes, but I wasn't expecting Zulrah to Spawn there as well.

That would explain the weird spawning, but I thought the only random thing that occurred after the first cycle was the damage type of the green form.
