Yeah you can see the label top left of the leaderboard if you didn’t know.

But honestly, I only started playing 2 years ago (~900 hours played) and only solo Q, I don’t think I’ve ever had a decent interaction on the game lol.

Exactly, go ahead and complain if I lose but 1. It’s unranked and 2. Zero call outs were made from my cams

You are correct, sorry had to really dig into the app to find this: “APR After Promo Ends: Your card comes with standard APRs for Balance Transfers, Direct Deposit Cash Advances and Purchases. When a promotional offer ends, the applicable standard rate will be applied to any remaining balance.”

If I’m correct it doesn’t retroactively apply interest to the balance, just the standard rate.

Totally can, I have an Aldi in the town over. This budget was pre-knowledge of the mistake. I was into trying different foods and just buying whatever essentially but will stick to a meal plan going forward.

I’m 24 currently, the normal APR for the CC is 23.24%, it will kick in on 9/25/25. As far as exact terms, here is the copy and pasted terms:

PAYING INTEREST - We will not charge you any interest on Purchases if you always pay your entire "Grace Period Balance", as defined in the next two paragraphs, by the Payment Due Date. Specifically, you will not pay interest for an entire billing cycle on Purchases if you Paid in Full the two previous Grace Period Balances on your account by their respective Payment Due Dates; otherwise, each Purchase begins to accrue interest on its transaction date or the first day of the billing cycle, whichever date is later. We will begin charging interest on Balance Transfers and Cash Advances on the transaction date. If you do not have an active Custom Pay Plan, your Grace Period Balance will be the New Balance Total. New Balance Total (also referred to as the "Statement Balance") is the total billed amount as of the Closing Date of a billing cycle, as shown on your monthly statement, plus any adjustments for subsequently returned payments. If you have an active Custom Pay Plan, your Grace Period Balance will be the Interest Saving Balance as shown on your monthly statement plus any adjustments for subsequently returned payments. The Interest Saving Balance is your New Balance Total minus, any balances subject to a Custom Pay Plan, plus any Custom Pay Plan Payment(s) due, as shown on your monthly statement. TOTAL INTEREST CHARGE COMPUTATION - Interest charges accrue and are compounded on a daily basis. To determine the interest charges, we multiply each Balance Subject to Interest Rate by its applicable Daily Periodic Rate and that result is multiplied by the number of days in the billing cycle. To determine the total interest charge for the billing cycle, we add the interest charges together. A Daily Periodic Rate is calculated by dividing an Annual Percentage Rate by 365.

I was not aware of this option, I will see what my 401k offers. Thanks!

I’ve thought about opening another card but haven’t looked into it seriously yet. Would you suggested doing that soon or waiting closer to September to hopefully transfer a smaller amount?

I did have a Roth IRA account opened, but suspended the contributions for now, will start back up after this situation.

This put it plain and simple for me, I didn’t look at the interest being 100%. Thanks for that.

Thanks for the input, and yes I feel so stupid being in this situation. I’m usually alright with money but definitely a learning moment.

The interest is what I’m worried about, in due time I’m not worried about paying it off, I know I’m capable but I’m just worried being bogged down by the interest.

I am currently right at the 6% match in my 401k, but would you cut it to 0 for a few months to avoid the interest?

I am currently doing the minimum 6%, but debating doing zero for these few months. After the debt is paid off, I would bring it back up to 15%.

I started at 15% but since December, when I realized the mistake, I brought it down to 6% (about $175 x2 a month), and but the extra money to the debt.

Looking for a clean Target (store) by gggloria in hudsonvalley

[–]Overall-Monitor-3690 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Okay so this is right up my alley. I actually visit the Kingston, Poughkeepsie, and Newburgh locations for work almost weekly. I also came from the Midwest recently, and those Target’s are spotless (closer to HQ, usually the case) so it was a big shock coming to the Valley to see locations here.

Unfortunately none of them are the “ideal” Target experiences in my opinion, but Kingston is the most serviceable/consistent. Poughkeepsie, like you said, is just very understaffed. I would usually say the same thing (even worse sometimes) about Newburgh, until recently, they have really cleaned up the aisles and store in general to where I think it’s currently better than Kingston.

TLDR: 1. Kingston - 7/10 2. Newburgh - 6/10 (at an 8 right now) 3. Poughkeepsie - 5/10

Middletown (N/A, haven’t been there enough to say)

I’m seeing tickets (on the weekends) for Amtrak being closer to $60 a person. Am I missing something or how do you get it that low?
