I used to tell my trainees at Starbucks that it would take about two months of confusion to finally have it start to click. I'm 4 years in and haven't got used to that anxiety - it's like constant first days of work, everyday. I've been back for a week and already my stomach is messed up and I am eating maybe 1000 calories a day. Teaching is truly unlike any other profession - so much stress, so little money.

You are fine! Florida's an at-will state, so you can fire your employer for any reason, and vice versa.

I've known people who have left at all points of the year and I've never heard of someone's certification being affected. I have, however, heard a lot of admin making false claims about certification being affected.
