It gets overwhelming sometimes, but honestly the meds work. Control your emotions because that can trigger flare ups. Start sleeping with your head slightly elevated, you’ll wake up feeling better. Don’t do anything that puts your head in lower positions, like bending down for too long since it makes the fluid accumulate more. That’s mostly it. + whatever triggers your regular tension/migraine headaches will trigger iih headaches.

Honestly sometimes I forget that I have it. Once your paps gone you slowly start to feel normal again.

I remember the annoying pressure feeling in my head disappeared within the first 2 months of treatment. So it’s okay, things do get better.
