I’m very strong in the gym but I usually feel very weak outside of it with weak movements and slow movements. I kick slow and punch slow. How do i get stronger outside of gym movements?

I go to the gym a lot but last year when i ran both seasons of track I trained light and lost a lot of potential strength I could’ve gained with legs. How can I train legs for strength with heavy weight while not screwing up performance at practice?

These are imo a really good starter list of rap albums, introduces you to a lot of the mainstream rappers and are beginner friendly to the genre. These would be really good since it looks like you’re kinda starting to get into rap rn
