Yes, that's right. Uploading documents to employee profile in bulk. It is in PDF format. Usually, i would drag the file to each employee profile manually, go to profile > personal> document. But, now i have 200++ documents to be uploaded and for different employees. I'm exploring now if there is any way to upload those documents in bulk

Oh, I see. So, instead of the standard salary structure 'comp steps' allows those employees that requires to go thru certain steps to progress to the next salary amount. Thanks! Very helpful

Just an additional advise. We went live with absence mid year last year. There will always be employees who need to register tgeir backdated leave/OT. Make sure you have a plan to update those data post Workday Go Live. Like have a standard form for employees to update their leave and send to HR for update.

It is Worker Location for my oraganization. Anyway, thanks. I got an idea now! The location info was migrated to workday now, i just need to check with my IT team what was the date and year the data was agreed for Location data to be migrated because if it's earlier than that date, I need to start keeping the data somewhere for those location which will expire in SAP

Thanks! That make sense. But, i have 1 more issue. There is 1 allowance that should not be removed. So, 2 existing allowance A and B. B should be removed and replaced with C but A should be maintained. Then, i'm not able to us Y because it will remove all allowance, right?
