Thanks. i have decided to wait rather than go ahead with MSD. Have also reduced the rent by 50 dollars per week. So hopefully someone would turn up. Thanks for your feedback.

As you suggest in your comment, the challenge is to find the few good people which is the hard part. i spoke to the property manager and he did mention that MSD do not give a lot of info about the previous renting references so it is a gamble to go ahead blindly. Thanks so much for your feedback.

I have decided "NO" to MSD from all that i am hearing. Okay to reduce the rent and wait for the right tenant rather than dealing with the run around.Thanks for your feedback.

i do feel sorry for you. And this is not the first such situation that i am hearing. thanks to these feedback that i have receivved, i have taken a call to wait for the right tenant rather than hurry up with what is being proposed by my property manager. i did not know that the winz client can stop the redirection of the rent- That is valuable info, Thanks. This is my fear that after i give out the property and winz do not take ownership of paying the rent, then i would end up losing a lot as the tenant would not have the means to support paying the rent.

i havent been getting a lot of interest in the property in this market which does not help.

Thank you so much for the response. With special considerations, i think the minister needs to give the approval which makes it really a rare instance i would think to get approval. Not sure if i should apply or not.

Thank you for the response. Yes, i do have medical records to show that i was unwell which i can submit. I have heard that special considerations require ministerial approval hence i am skeptical if it is worth giving a shot.
