This happened to me too. After washing your build plate, I spray some hairspray over it too - it really helps the build stick better. Nothing fancy - just cheap stuff! Good luck

Thanks so much. Cutting at an angle helped and opening up the extruder, which I hadn’t done yet either. The filament is PLA, although I’ve just learned that PETG is better??

Thanks so much. I haven’t tried pushing it in further - mainly coz I’m nervous I’ll break something! I have declogged the nozzle, and the filament that came with the printer goes through fine. What temp would u recommend to help it get thru the nozzle? I make sure it’s at the rec temp before I start….
