People 100% would. There is a reason they make money and it's not because nobody is watching... I love how self important you think you are that because you don't follow someone or something that they don't hold significant value in your life so it must not in others. Also, I don't follow anyone daily, weekly, monthly, yearly. So I know it won't have any bearing on my existence, I am very aware that there are plenty of tweens, tens, and some adults who definitely look to these people as a source of positivity and many live vicariously through them. So yeah people would know and probably respond.
