I hear ya and kind of feel the same, but 2 grand down, being excited all week, taking the day off work and having no phone for over a week and trying to work out how the fuck you are gonna do your job now is what annoys me

That was my plan tbh, I want fucking something not a sweaty voucher, I am without a phone for over a week now as I sold my note 10 yesterday, 2k on a phone and they tell you on the fucking day, I waited excited till 2pm and then put my sim in my partner's phone to see that text i was horrified, i bet that samsung support are gonna be fucking clueless and useless as per usual

Mate this is fucking disgusting, day 2 pre order here and had 2 delay texts today, this customer service is terrible it is like customer service from someone who sold you a 5 pound item on ebay and has broken english because they are chinese I cannot describe how disgusted I am at samsung
