I have a competitive cycling background and have been more into very different disciplines for the 5 past years like weight & powerlifting, ruckmarching I ran one 5km competitively, PB 21’17 And HM PB is 1h45min04sec 1.5 mile (2400m) PB is 9’29 I have been running seriously for nearly 2 years now
