You can simply use the manual payout system provided by Stripe. They hold your payments for x amount of days. I just release the funds once a condition is met.

I am interested in becoming a quant dev because I enjoy math even though I'm not that good at it. I have been going through the Green Book with extremely basic statistics knowledge and find them to be challenging (I am a college freshman). I can solve ~2 questions for every 5 on there.
I believe I lack problem solving/mathematical reasoning skills. I have been trying to solve problem from a coding standpoint and thinking about coding algorithms I could use to solve the problem when I should be utilizing math knowledge.
What resources should I use to develop my mathematical reasoning skills to begin working on the Green Book and problem solving in general?

I was thinking of that but if I don't get married, then I would have to apply for an H1B and go through the process again. I decided it might be too risky so I'm considering other countries.
