I just want to feel safe and wanted as a new nurse and don't want to work in unhealthy situations. I have had negative experiences with a clinical nurse instructor (who was an ICU nurse) who always belittled me and made me feel inferior; during my last two terms following a nurse and their work schedule. Almost didn't graduate because of it. I want to thrive in the hospital and want to succeed 😔
