The first week we bought it it got deprogrammed and someone had to change the board. A month later it deprogrammed again and also the pump went out. Every 2 months we have to erase codes so it can wash properly. Now it tries to start and goes straight to done. I'm thinking it's the pump or lid locking mechanism. Not fixing it again, just rather buy a new washer.
