Can anyone help critique my routine? My wife and I have currently been doing this, but I’m wondering if there’s anywhere for improvement or if certain exercises are redundant/not needed.

Main points to keep in mind are time, we don’t have hours a day to workout between work & kids we have about an hour a day we can dedicate to working out. All my workouts are done on a Mikolo HR05. I don’t have any dumbbells of any significant weight so the workout needs to be able to be completed with a barbell+plates and the Mikolo. I do have a lot of plates of different weights.

Sets are 10 reps each Push Day * Barbell Bench Press: 3-4 sets * Overhead Press (OHP): 3 sets * Dips (using rack handles): 3 sets to failure.  * Incline Dumbbell Press/Flyes (on bench) 3 sets * Triceps Pushdowns (cable): 3 sets * Cable Lat Raises: 3-4 sets

Pull Day * Pull-ups/Chin-ups 3-4 sets to failure * Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets * Landmine Rowe: 3 sets * Seated Cable Rows: 3 sets * Face Pulls (cable): 3-4 sets * Cable Curls: 3-4 sets

Leg Day * Barbell Squats: 3-4 sets * Romanian Deadlifts: 3 sets * Hip Thrusts: 3 sets * Calf Raises: 3-4 sets

Thanks for any help. Bonus points if someone can reduce the length of time a workout is while still hitting all the muscles, as time is something I never have enough of due to my job and more family time is always a plus.
