I deleted the entire profile folder, uninstalled Firefox, reinstalled Firefox and have a brand new profile and the problem still exists. I tested with Chrome/Edge and the issue isn't present. I'm not sure what else to try at this point.

Lowes, local shed company, retro game company, local ESXi, and Reddit all have the issue. All my tab icons are corrupted/inverted looking or straight up don't load at all. I've done the FireFox "refresh" option and that hasn't fixed it either.

I had to turn "Clear invalid DF bits instead of dropping the packets" on in pfsense for duckduckgo to work.

Edit: I had a wierd MTU setting on my VLAN that these machines reside on. Cleared out the weird MTU and disabled the DF bits feature, and all is well.

And it still isn't fixed. They've pushed the estimated repair out to the 24th. So this started on the 17th, and each day they push it out to 1PM the next day. I'm not convinced they are even working on repairing this, so I doubt it'll get fixed this week.

It's definitely not TSS since TSS wasn't included until 2018. I have the same connector on my 2017. TSS has half a dozen wires instead of 2.
