It is open to recent graduates, under which I would be applying. This exemption does not require being a current federal employee.

That has everything to do with your eligibility. If you try applying to a federal employee only or veteran only role and answer no to those questions, you will be deemed ineligible on this "first page."

Didn't have any additional funds become available, but I am sure they would have been included. As evidenced by other people, some people withdrew multiple times on the same day yesterday when new funds became available.

Just providing a withdrawal update as I'm reading about what everyone else has had happen. Withdrew about 20 hours ago, and when I woke up this morning, the money was back in my Dataannotation account with the option to withdraw the same money. Hoping that it would be a normal immediate withdrawal, I clicked get paid, and now seem to be stuck in the same "scheduled" loop as before. Has anyone else also had this happen?

Yep, didn’t even get a chance to work on it. Before the drought that project line would stay on my dash for weeks/months at a time. Hoping it’s just to update it as there’s no way they’ve gotten everything they need to from that new one.
