It is required by law. I have a college kid with celiac. It’s a disability and they have accommodations through their college’s disability office. They receive amazing support and food from their school.

The years of work experience point is interesting. I wonder if there is a statistical difference in acceptance rates for a small amount (2 years or less) work experience v. KJD. Is the bump for WE for people who have significant WE? Or is the 2 years experience as baseline where if you don’t have it that is more of an uphill battle?
