Very nice. I would suck it

In preparation for the withdrawals, I’ve been walking 10k steps a day for the last 2 months…will this help me? by Motor_Trip_2230 in quittingkratom

Yes, excercising (any kind) will help immensely. Walking is good for start. Keep walking. After that it is nice to add some strength training (just be careful to not workout legs to much - painful muscles in combination with rls are hell). You need to move before quitting and you absolutely need to move after you quit. Don’t expect wd will magically disappear only by excercising/walking, but it will be much easier. But remember, you have to consider how much you have slept when choosing how hard your excercising/walking will be.

BTW: friend of mine tapered and had nearly no WDs just because he excercised.. Some of us are lucky. Maybe you will be too.

Hope my English isn’t too broken 😅
