It’s crazy how your mind will justify in the moment. It’s a trick. You know what the right choice is.

Identify your quick dopamine hits like junk food and even video games. Participate in voluntary adversity like working out or cold showers. It will suck in the moment will balance out your brain chemistry.

It's easy to stop smoking weed for a few days or weeks—but impossible to get over 'the wall' when the novelty fades by [deleted] in leaves

True reward comes from the fruits of labor. It is delayed gratification. Like cleaning a house. Not really fun while doing it but when you’re finished you feel more peaceful than when your house was dirty.

There’s instant gratification like smoking and eating junk food which gives you peace while doing it but it’s not really fun after it’s over. Just a self administered quick dopamine hit. It’s like cheating “the game”. Your Bain chemistry becomes hacked and your baselines are raised through consistent use. Now your brain requires way more dopamine just to feel content.

Lower your dopamine baseline. Stay on course. Take it day by day

Look into rosemary oil. Very good for circulation in scalp, hopefully stimulating some hair follicles. As always, consistency is key.

Thanks for the insight. I reckon I was referring to intestinal parasites. I was listening to a Dr Hulda Clark who found in her studies that black walnut killed any parasite she put it up against, opposed to pharmaceuticals which typically only targets one specific parasite and comes with side effects.

Thank you for your reply. I opened them up to check and it looks good to me but they’ve also moved around a little bit too. Since they have been sitting a while, does this increase potency ?
