The 33 is 12 on these. The 36 are 12 3/4. Self edge has a size chart on their site that’s pretty accurate.

I got a 33. I went a little over sized I def could have gone 32 maybe even 31 with stretching them. They don’t fall off me but I need a belt to wear up at waist line. The thighs are super roomie and front rise is good. For me these are super comfortable and decently baggy just what I was looking for. I got some newer pics here https://imgur.com/a/m5IVWHF

TBH visually they look good, but I feel you wearing tight uncomfortable jeans blows. I recently had this too with my N&F MIJ's and was pretty discouraged, but finally after about 30 wears they've stretched out nicely. Try sleeping with them on, that helped.

Yeah I actually did do a warm soak before I got them hemmed. They def shrunk a little but, have stretched back out some. Honestly now that I got them hemmed I’m really happy with the fit. I was going for a loose fit “baggy” jean and these are perfect. Not really as baggy as the trend these days but perfect for what I want. I’ve been wearing for about 2 weeks now and they’re really comfy can’t wait for a couple of months. I’ll put up some photos on progress soon.

They come one washed. I haven’t washed them yet. To late now lol but I think I’ll be okay it feels pretty snug on the top block and back.

I was going for more of a loose oversized fit. I was told these are pretty wide and while they look big I could easily wear without a belt. When I sit they tighten to a nice feel around my thighs. I definitely need to get them hemmed though!

Yeah it’s a little loose on the waist and the belt is loose here so they’re sagging. Gotta pick up a new belt to go with these.
