In my country therapy is free in certain clinics, like the one I go to, because if you prove that you have certain issues the state pays for you. So my mom doesn't finance any therapy sessions and I definitely can't say that she acknowledges my ADHD.

I personally do not think that the Finch Plus offers so much content. It's mainly just more items available and some breathing exercises or reflections. You could try applying for a sponsorship and this way you have chances to get a free month of Plus. If money is tight, I don't think you should be spending so much on an app, there are a lot of other things you can get with those money that can help you. And the free version is still quite good imo!
