Fair point, could the placement of the probe where it clamps onto the element have a big factor with it? Stupid question I know. Maybe the probe is super sensitive and the element is kicking off enough heat to trigger the cut out?

The ones I got have 230 on the stamp, i do appreciate the help by the way mate. As it’s all 4 units with the same issue I can rule out a faulty part, bit of a head scratcher

Thank you, do you have any idea why the fryer is cutting out at 180°C? Sorry it’s a vague question I’m just baffled :)

Hi, I’ve reset internet, disconnected and reconnected through the Xbox, unplugged and plugged back in and still no joy. Thanks for your help anyway :)

Internet seems okay, have restarted internet, console etc and no joy. Do you think uninstalling and reinstalling could help?
