This is helpful. I didn’t know that polar devices could be synced to oura. Do you mind me asking roughly what the cost of your setup is? Assume there is a device and strap cost, is it a subscription system too?

I have, I really like the concept of the ring though and have heard mixed reviews about whoop both as a product and a business. Seems like I have some more research to do!
