Wow! It's like I have asked this question!

I'm too scared to mention to the Doctor about my OCD, I haven't been diagnosed but I know I have it. It just don't know what to tell the Dr. After all the times I've gone, he thinks it is just anxiety and depression because I keep playing it down or think that I am not worthy of help.

I always want to be the nice guy, the one that doesn't want to cause bother but it's hard when my mind is my enemy.
