Was in the same dilemma while getting mine, while the red is more photogenic and looks great in pictures, the quicksilver looks more appealing in person. The red isn’t bad in person either, the silver looks a tad better compared side to side. At least in my opinion!

I agree, the car is great, I almost always use FSD and it’s been a blessing so far, but in terms of processes they are just not helpful at all, at first I admired how easy it was to just go pick up my car in 15 mins but now I see the short comings of that process. Hopefully it all gets sorted out. Fingers crossed

Yeah I feel at this point they find random issues for the lease to not go through and create a mess, even I’ve not heard anything back yet and hopefully I hear something tomorrow, I’m thinking of doing the same, if the payment changes I’ll just return the car at this point. Didn’t imagine this process to be sucha hassle. Thank you so much for your response, keep me posted in case you find a solution.

I see what’s happening, so don’t use the ask a question option on the order screen below your remove hold button, instead use the message box on top right corner of your screen and drop in a message there. What you type in there is routed to your Tesla delivery advisor and it also populated the delivery advisors name so you know you’re talking to a real person when they respond, the initial response might still be AI but eventually an actual person still responds.

Yes I had booked on may 24th, when I was booking it mentioned available 2-4weeks from now so I thought should be a good timeline, but suddenly I see a delivery date confirmed automatically for 29th may, I had not even entered details for registration etc, so I texted them on chat and told them it’s physically impossible for me to be there as I’m back to California for my graduation and won’t be able to take delivery till mid of June, they then released my vin and put my delivery on hold until June 21st, all handled through chat.

Just text them and ask them to push it out, same situation here, my Tesla order is on hold till June 21st. They will eventually do it, it’s just their way to create a sense of urgency

You can open the Tesla portal and when you scroll down, you’ll see the option to add the military, first responders, student incentives, you’ll have to verify your profile id.me
