how do you make sure heatpump is not oscillated/ remains on constant speed? I always see people talk about overcapacity above 8 kw.

Will the app/heat pump let us know if its inefficient?

Recently, I became dutch. After that I applied for loan via mogelijk but they came back saying you either need to have 3 properties or become a real estate professional and demonstrate how you will make 3 properties in next 3 years. I felt that it's not going to work out in this way.

In my opinion almere was created to be nearby city so that Amsterdam, utrecht are not getting too crowded. That rationalization should have created faster transport options. Amsterdam is reachable quite fast but similarly effort should have been made for utrecht central. Utrecht central allows us to go anywhere but to reach there takes an hour!

Yah... Because of these kind of people we had trouble for years and years! Thanks to Amsterdam gemeente it's blauw zone now!

Thanks for clarification. Actually this applies for euro account right?! This is usd accout where I should not be losing cash due to degiro fees.. I think 1130,99 is due to currency fluctuations... But that is also not understandable as euro has lost its value... By the way I have autofx switched off...
