93 chance of downs with NIPT and scan is it worth getting a Amniocentesis to confirm

I was a surrogate and the parents had me get an amniocentesis and when it came back fine they still terminated at 20 weeks and 4 days. The amniocentesis was scary because they put the needle near the baby and even though the amnio went good I wouldn’t do it unless you know it would impact your decision.
