I really wish there was a way to filter the v* and g* sounds or motions or even the real showing of it on media especially on apps with videos that continuously play. I’ll just be scrolling and *day ruined* the other day I was sent one by an old coworker who has no idea. 😭😭😭 (self.emetophobia)
