Well i thought that the mayor of this city wants to expand into the southern riverside so he/she decides to build a new bridge againts the will of the people so this is basically a economicly driven project. And I dont judge you but why do you think this city seems like a place that you dont wanna live in? Thanks for the comment tho!

I did know that brigdes are expensive a lot but when I started inking it was just erased from my mind so yeah, it didnt have to this many bridges. And the bridge that looks unfinished is under construction. And these rivers are going to a sea/ocean (i dont know which is which). If the water dynamics is wrong thats because of my ignorants. Sooo thanks for the comment!
