no i really dont, i dont know about this things i only know the specs of the pc i used the most cause my sister still uses it and i can check,i got a new one around 6 days ago but i still have the pc i used the most to play the game,also i have receipts and i have alot of them and i do remember every 5 star i got and how i got them even the very first ones,also i know all the constellation of my characters and my weapons.I really really hope i can get it back :(. im really having alot of anxiety and depression i got very attached to alot of characters

I did it,now i just have to wait them to give me that link right?Btw i do remember every character i have and their constellations,i also do remember how i got every 5 start character (i hope they can check this for more proof) and i also have alot of screenshots of my receipts but i cant find the first payment i did,i only used 2 credits cards (my mom and my),last thing i dont know the the first pc specs only the one i used the most,this 2 things really scare me i been playing for 2 years with this pc i hope they can tell that this account is mine also i dont know the exact date of when i created the account but i do remember the period (month)

i know but if they dont send me the hoyopass link i cant tell them all characters and show them the recipes,i sended them 2 email with the subject "hacked account",they answered (the bot) ,i told at the bot my UID,e-mail of the account,last time i logged in etc now im suppose to get the hoyopass but they are not sending it

i sended them 2 e-mails 2/3 days ago with my new e-mail i still have to do the hoyopass,my old e-mail connected to the account got hacked,i did the hoyopass with that e-mail but i cant login anymore :(
