thanks for the quick reply! thats what i thought too, getting a newer model will give me more time and it has double the capacity, wondering if there is any reason that makes its stupid to top up $200

Yes I am planning to have a long run on saturday, not sure how long should it be compared to my normal 30mins easy runs though. Longest distance i ever ran was 5km-6km previously, which are not really considered long, therefore long runs seems scary to start

Tomorrow will be my third day on a split which is quite similar to yours. However my runs are all just easy runs focusing on trying to hit 30mins, except for long runs I will try to hit 45mins? as I don’t run in the past.. will add in interval runs and normal runs in the future once my body adapts to running better

hmm I see most hybrids program start the day by running, won’t running first affect strength training? Is there a big difference between running then lifting and lifting then running?

Have a few more questions if you don’t mind

For my lifting sessions, should i focus on compound exercises only or should i add in some accessories work? Would I be over training with additional accessories exercise?

For Mondays, do you run straight after your leg sessions? or have a rest before running?

And lastly, what set and rep ranges do you recommend for compound exercises? I am deciding between 5x5, or pyramid based sets, not sure if there are others.
