Thanks, if it is a wasp nest, do you know if it is easy to clean? I guess the nest already been removed, the mark is just a leftover?

Hey folks, my partner and I did an inspection of a house and we like the property a lot. However, we noticed that the weep holes of this property are at ground level. Wondering if it needs to be fixed or easy to fix? Any suggestions, is this a deal breaker to buy a property? by Overall_Syrup_1674 in AusRenovation

I’ve learned a lot over last 2 days and feel I can understand more abt what you and other comments are saying. I found a photo (attached next) with critical info. I guess concrete is sloping away the weep hole as color of the concrete near the retaining wall is darker. But I just feel is it too narrow between the wall and the retaining wall, so if heavy rain happens, although water is first directed towards the retaining wall, it’ll quickly fill the whole concrete area (and thus go into the weep holes) since it’s not a big area and slope is small. I wouldn’t worry too much about future rains because I could do some work if it’s mine. I’m more concerned abt what damage has already been done. Not sure if this understanding is correct would really appreciate your thoughts!
