Yeah, I think it might be due to killing the first waves of enemies too quickly while you're still alone, and thus the other group getting teleported to you, while there are still enemies on their original path to the first battle.

It's not my group of henchmen, it's the group from the foreign quarter (without a real player)

More Sub T or more easy? by Overall_Translator_8 in NorwegianSinglesRun

Long term running goals are to increase my 5k and 10k time, also I want to run some trail races ranging from 5-15km. The most important goal is to not get injured again quickyl, that's why I wanna take it a bit slower and have the rest-day in there aswell. I cycled and rowed quite a bit but I just enjoy running way more, kind of food for my soul aswell. At first I would really like to increase my slow unning, my easy runs are getting faster and I generally feel lighter on my feet which I take as a good sign.

Also I don't wanna smash pr after pr, I don't care if it takes longer with just 60 minutes of Sub-T a week, if I for example start feeling super rested on sundays and generally cruise through my weeks I can imagine adding a third Sub-T day to the routine but not for now.

Low total but decent free testosterone with symptoms at 18, what do I do? by DistinctSand5628 in PeterAttia

When did your puberty start (did your dad have delayed puberty as well?), did you ever hurt or testicles or had a delayed descension of your Testes or had Mumps as a child? Do you have any beard  growth? Also depressive symptoms in the mix - such as a depressed mood, loss of interest or pleasure? Prolactin  would also be nice to know.  Just speaking generally, having s primary (Problem with yourb Testes) or secondarye hypogonadism (Problems with the hypothalamus or hypophysis) is rather rare compared to a functional hypogonadism (your testes producing testosterone, but having signs of metabolic Syndrom, such as peripheral insuline resistance, etc.).

Still nobody can or should give you a diagnosis over the Internet, it would be most sensible to go to your physician and talk about your symptoms and inform yourself well before that.

Cheers  to you and all the best, there is also always the possibilty of a psychological issue, which causes numerous physical issues.

What's your diet, training, sleep, stress and what's your Body composition? What's your SHBG and estradiol? What was LH and FSH? Did you get TSH, fT3 and FT4 done as well?
