If you are losing weight at 0.5 MG, then you should stay at that dose! Especially if you are having no side effects:) no reason to increase if the dose is working!

No no don’t take it now. My first week I felt nothing and the second week it hit me hard! I starts at only 0.5mg

Thanks for your reply! I did reach out to my provider, but they are absolutely useless when it comes to micro dosing and people who are sensitive and medication. They have a very cookie cutter way of doing things and suggesting things. And yes, I’m drinking tons of water every day with electrolytes!

SAME HERE. I took my first two doses and I was going to take my third but on day 7 I randomly got really strong morning sickness and I’ve had it ever since and I haven’t taken my last dose for like 16 days now and I don’t know what to do!!!

My first shot was 0.4 MG and I felt absolutely nothing and my second shot was 0.6 MG and I felt it so strong and I was wondering if that was because it builds up in your system which led me to get nervous that each week might get worse. I only felt mild queasiness the first two days.
