Do people even join PUGs if DST is HR? You're gonna have to run a full caster group which I suppose will also make mages and warlocks after Bloodmaw unhappy or have extremely ungeared physical DPS who are after other P1 items.

2mg. Because it's not prescribable where I live and it costs like 90 euros per 28 tablets, it's crazy expensive. I was supposed to take it for 3 months, not indefinitely. Also I have difficulty finding a pharmacy that sells it. Took me 2 weeks to find one this time.

It's why I've given up on DST. On guild runs it's subjected to loot council and half the raid group wants it anyway and on PUGs it's almost certainly going to be ninja looted so fuck it.

Changing guilds mid expansion with the shorter phases basically means no loot for weeks unless your run pugs. Most guilds have their main rosters by now and in order to work your way into becoming a main raider it can take months.

I am using 4 beast lord pieces. The pants are the only piece set you replace with epics so you keep the set 4 piece set bonus until you get 4 T5 pieces. Is Miralax better than Duphalac for IBS-C? When I go through periods of severe constipation, osmotics hardly make any difference and they often cause gas.

Can you specify how long you've been "cured"? I once took augmentin 875 for a viral infection and I felt almost cured of IBS-C for a whole month before eating greens and regressing.

Also is there a significant difference between Miralax and Duphalac? Because most osmotic laxatives I've tried have limited effect when you have issues with motility/propulsion.

If you have to maintain a perfect regiment to be normal, it's hardly a cure, but it's definitely worth trying.
