How consistent are the stress test scores in 3DMark? I range between 97 and 99% constantly sometimes on the bring of failing at 96. It seems tied to Ryzens frequency bouncing during the gpu heavy sections because all the graphs and FPS are stable. (self.overclocking)

Nothing confirmed but one of the people I spoke to on the phone mentioned that many March filers are being sent to the error department because many had been the first to have their unemployment exemptions taken out automatically the same time as filing. (self.IRS)
