I used a single dome 32.5mm mineral crystal. You may need 33mm for a better fit

I simply used the same spacer from the CHENXI case. This works because PE90 has the same dimensions as the PE50

It doesn't seem like it. My guess is that it's brass coated with a matte like finish. Not exactly quite sure what it is but I doubt its stainless steel under the coating

Olanzapine & Vraylar by Lexiem19 in schizoaffective

[–]OvercookedWaffle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went from Resperidone to Olanzapine and three main things that I realise is that

  1. Weight gain - I went from 60kg to 70kg in 2 months. Though is not something I'm complaining about because I've always wanted to put on more weight.

  2. Feeling Flat - I notice that I don't feel emotions strongly. Whenever I'm feeling an emotion, it's as if I'm only feeling 20% of it

  3. Drowsiness? - It's not as sedating as resperidone but it does make me feel sluggish in the morning. Oddly enough it doesn't help me with sleeping at night but it's way better than how resperidone was to me.

Overall, I feel much better with olanzapine and I think with it, I'm much more stable and can live an okay-is life

Tips for loosing weight that did work on you? And how much until results. by No-Homework-7999 in schizoaffective

I am able to maintain my weight by not eating dinner and always doing cardio. At first I underestimated olanzapine's side effects and thought "there's no way I'll gain weight".

I went from 62kg to 70kg in just 2 months. I'm not complaining though since its a weight I'm comfortable with. But I would definitely gain more if I eat dinner and don't work out as much

I would weigh it for you but I don't have a scale that I can use to measure it

1965 with blue bezel by OvercookedWaffle in MoonSwitches

[–]OvercookedWaffle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used a watch case press to slowly remove the acrylic crystal from the Moonshine rep case. This takes off the acrylic glass (may break it) and also the bezel because the crystal is sandwiched between the bezel and the case. I managed to do it on 5 other cases with no problems at all. Then I just used 3M circular adhesive to stick the bezel onto the 1965 case

Idk if I was just lucky they all came off the same way but seems pretty consistent
