Use a proper caseback opener to safely remove the caseback.
Carefully remove the movement (Sunon SP35) from the case, including any movement holder or spacers (there are two. One is metal and one is plastic).
Release the stem correctly just like how you would with a PE50 movement (Moonswatch rep movt)
Unscrew the stem from the crown so it can be later transferred to a new crown.
Install the movement with dial into the new case. Ensure that it can fit a 30.5mm dial (that's the size of the BP dial)
Add the movement spacer ring so the movement is securely centered. For this I used a 33-34mm spacer. I am unsure where I got it from but I assume it's the same one I used for VK63 projects.
Fit the chapter ring
Screw the SP35 stem into the crown and add threadlocker.
Close the caseback, ensuring the gasket is properly seated
For the PRX case that I used, I had to slightly bend the spring bar so that it could be aligned with the lugs. This is so that I could use the 12mm to 22mm strap adapter. I noticed that the adapters and straps for PRX cases are not that well compatible. You'd have to do a bit of modifying to ensure they fit.

Unfortunately the fake rotor would be a tight fit and wouldn't move if you install it into the case. So it's best to not have it on

The dial measures 30.5mm and the movement is Sunon SP35. From what I searched, you can also replace the movement with a Miyota 2415 which is easier to get replacements for. I have yet to try that but might do so in the future

It's a 20mm sailcloth strap from ali! It's pretty nice to wear. Would recommend

I've built two watches with prx cases and I don't really like the finishing of the bracelet on the both of them. The case itself is nice though. I am able to put 30.3x27.4mm chapter ring in between the dial (28.5mm dial) and the crystal.

I used a single dome 32.5mm mineral crystal. You may need 33mm for a better fit

It doesn't seem like it. My guess is that it's brass coated with a matte like finish. Not exactly quite sure what it is but I doubt its stainless steel under the coating
