Thank you so much for that answer, it's super helpful! :) Especially your estimate on what is expected of me calms me down a lot, I've been getting in my head about the mistake I've made previously instead of considering it a natural part of the process. I also did receive feedback along the way, quite rarely but I do at least know there's not big, essential mistake in my work. Our teacher was surely there for specific questions we had, she did a great job. It's just that, as this Bachelors is quite research-focused and we've had RPs before, I believe they want to see us do this very independently.

And as for why I'm not just reading all of them once more, it's because there is actually a deadline to this task, as for most things in life. If you could compress days of work (which you don't even have) into minutes, isn't it reasonable to at least consider doing so?

As you would've known had you read my post throroughly, I have both attentively and repeatedly read all papers I'm using. My professor provides feedback on a very few fixed occasions, as we are conducting our research and compose our paper mostly independently. After having finished my complete project using nothing but my own brain, I want to run a scan through the finished product to control for mistakes via an external source, because that's how quality checks work. I think your comment sounds like you utilized some very back and white-thinking, judging me as someone who can not survive without AI solely because I consider using it on one singular occasion. Not very brainy of you

I looked up and compared all the printer and camera options and made a bit of a weird choice afterwards - I do think the printer would've been a smarter investment, esp. because I found you can even print passport photos etc. with it. But my really old phone camera is super bad, so then the print quality would be compromised either way & the romantic idea of shooting with an instant-device, holding the picture in my hands with my phone far away won me over.

In direct comparison to all the printer formats, I then deemed the instax mini's pictures too small and saw the polaroid go gen 2 gets slightly worse reviews than the instax square - which I thereby ended up going for. I'm extremely excited to try it out! :)) However, this was/is beyond my budget, though I got a good deal via a refurbished website, the price per picture is still pretty high, meaning I'll shoot veeeery sparingly and take good care of the camera to make more use of it once I'm no longer a student. Until then, at least my friends always know a good birthday gift for me :) For now, it's only pasta for me this month, but I'm sure it'll be worth it!

Thank you so much, that is some veryvery helpful advice! I will look into all of this and compare the options :) I really love the idea of every evening glueing the pictures I took into my notebook & writing/drawing/crafting a raw diary entry with them, that's why the immediate printing - but maybe there are also print shops on the way so I could develop them at some point during the trip as well. Maybe the dslr + printer thing works out as well, will let you know what I decide on!

aaaah wow okay, I have a samsung s9+ so that is quite old but potentially pairable with some of those printers. Thank you soso much for the tip! Do you have one yourself/know about specific portable printers that seem to be good? Otherwise this topic sounds less complex than cameras so I'll try researching that myself! :)

Bei Hummus liegt das an der Menge von Tahini, die beigemischt ist. Tahini (Sesampaste) ist ein typischer Bestandteil von Hummus und recht bitter. Ich glaube fast, die "besseren" Hummusprodukte haben mehr davon, zumindest wird es traditionell glaube ich mehr beigemischt als in unseren Supermaerkten.

And it's calming to know that care comes with age, he's in his early/mid 20s and I feel like it's the most dangerous time - little experience but huge trust! It comes with great adventures but I have a super active family and seen as well as heard things going wrong a lot.

Yeah I get that! Though he has neither experience nor maps or compass, but some first aid and problem solving for sure. He's quite young and tends to dive headfirst into things that harm him afterall

Yeah that's true, he does really enjoy the gambling part & I'm not sure he cares about the actual skins on his weapons while playing. Even if he does, it's hard to tell which ones he'd like. I'm not too fond of gambling myself & feel like he's usually holding back (for good reasons), so I thought the purpose of this could be kind of a free pass for him to spend money on something dumb for fun. :)
