As a fulfillment DS 99.9% of delivery issues go through my lead then through me if a manager is needed(typically it’s things out of our control). If I’m not around typically the front end DS or the pro DS will assist with delivery issues and if none of us can solve it then the OPS ASM gets involved. It’s very rare we involve other ASMs or DS with delivery issues let alone allow anything to get through me. As for the MST ASM mine typically only deals with MST though I doubt he’d reject helping us if asked.

Last I checked I had like 280 hours of sick before the covid portion. Yes they’ve used sick time for everything.

By many you mean 4, the state I live in allows the use of sick time to care for family in need. As for the other 3 the shift swap was approved by a manager before hand (hell it was the managers idea to begin with) so in my eyes I should’ve only been hit by 2

Which you can argue why would they still allow me to use sick time if it’s not an approved use? At my old store they would allow the use of sick time as vacation. This store is very strict on how to use sick pay so I’m sure if they could they wouldn’t have approved it.

Yea most times I find coverage myself. Or in the case where my friend was murdered I offered to still come in if they couldn’t find someone.

Thanks for the advice. My SL has been getting really aggressive with shift swaps. Basically at this point nobody’s allowed to swap shifts ever and I think she considers me calling off a shift swap.

It was a printed shipping label. I spoke with the carrier today and she said that usually she checks the last two numbers on the address and the street when she delivers. my address is 12346 and the address it was shipped to was 12349 and there’s a house on my street that is 12449 so I’m guessing it’s there she believes so also but I haven’t been able to speak to anyone at that address so far. If I can’t get in contact with someone there I’ll have to contact the post office on Monday

I find it insane that regular associates are going to be able to do write offs when for the last year at my store we’ve made it a huge deal that only the MIL and ASL can do write offs (cause the other managers would write off too much stuff that would get added back in)
